Privacy Policy

Your photo is stored privately and is used to generate your looks. It is not shown to other shoppers and is not used by MIRRAH to train an AI model.

To create a look, your photo and styling instructions are processed through contracted AI and infrastructure providers, including a Google AI image model accessed through MIRRAH’s AI service provider. Processing may occur outside Australia.

Your profile photo, generated looks and favourites are retained while your account is active so they remain available between visits. Signing out or removing data from a device does not delete it from MIRRAH’s systems.

To ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information, sign in and use Help & contact in Profile. Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes.
