AI-generated looks
MIRRAH creates AI-styled images for inspiration and product discovery. AI can make mistakes. A generated look is a creative approximation, not a photograph of you wearing the real garments and not a fitting, sizing, tailoring, colour-matching or purchase- suitability service.
Fit and product details
MIRRAH does not guarantee that a garment will fit, drape, look or appear as shown in a generated image. Body proportions, colour, texture, details and garment placement may be inaccurate. Before buying, check the retailer’s photographs, description, measurements, size guide, live price and availability.
Third-party retailers
When you follow a product link and buy from a retailer, the sale is between you and that retailer, not MIRRAH. The retailer controls its products, pricing, stock, sizing, payment, delivery, returns and product quality, and its own terms apply to that purchase.
Who can use MIRRAH
MIRRAH is for adults aged 18 and over. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old, and we ask for your date of birth during sign-up so we can check this. Accounts found to belong to someone under 18 may be removed.
Your use of styling images
You are responsible for checking retailer information before relying on an AI-styled image to make a purchase decision. To the extent permitted by law, MIRRAH is not responsible for differences between a generated look and a real garment, or for a third-party retailer’s acts or omissions.
Look packs
A look pack is a one-off purchase of the stated number of extra AI-generated looks. Credits are linked to your account, are not transferable, do not expire and are used only after your free monthly looks are spent. If you are charged incorrectly, or a credit is used but MIRRAH does not deliver a look because of a service failure, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law.
Photos and permitted use
You may only upload a photo of yourself, or a photo you have permission to use. You keep ownership of your photo and must not use MIRRAH unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
